**About the role**

Millions of Queenslanders have relied on RACQ's expert patrols to come to their rescue. We have the state's largest network of patrols, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance all across Queensland. We’re looking for someone to come and join the team as a consultant, taking inbound calls from our members who have broken down on the roadside, and require assistance in their hour of need. Working quickly, and often under pressure, you will determine the members location, input data into our database and ensure membership details are current and accurate. Your calm and professional customer service approach will provide reassurance to our members who are often in dangerous or stressful situations.

We are looking for a part time consultant - 30 hours per week across 5 days, and a full-time consultant which is 38 hours per week across 5 days. The Day roster will be working between the hours of 5.00am and 7.00pm, and Monday to Sunday roster you will work two weekends in every four. You will receive 3 weeks of full time training upon commencement at Eight Mile Plains.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Taking inbound calls from our members to assess urgency and need
- Ensuring Members’ personal and vehicle details are accurately updated in the database
- Adherence to RACQ and Contact Centre policies and procedures
- Providing Members with information such as entitlements, benefits, and other suitable options
- Working within a supportive and structured call centre environment.

- Experience within a customer service oriented role
- Good technology skills with quick and accurate data entry
