Trivett Automotive Retail, located at Artarmon, is seeking a dynamic Delivery Consultant to join our retail team supporting our Subaru and Peugeot Citroen brands**.**

**What is the opportunity?**

This role will be responsible for executing a timely and efficient delivery process to our retail and fleet customers as well as the execution of a seamless and compliant fleet management process. You will ensure consistent and accurate delivery schedules for each site, supporting our driven sales team. This role will provide you with autonomy being an integral and proactive member of the team with a variety of responsibilities, from and not limited to, creating strong and effective relationships, continuous improvement, processing payments, invoicing, booking deliveries. You will ensure processes are maintained, followed and compliant to provide a seamless customer journey and experience delivered to our Inchcape Values.

**About you**
- Confident communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to work within an evolving retail environment.
- Demonstrated organisational ability in a fast paced ever changing environment
- Solid proven administrative ability using inhouse and Microsoft products
- Strong commercial aptitude that delivers customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience working in the automotive industry and the competitive consumer landscape advantageous
- Valid drivers licence with the ability to work from other sites where required
