Located at our **Artarmon** site, the **Delivery Consultant** role puts you at the forefront of ensuring seamless, compliant, and unforgettable handovers for retail and fleet customers. From managing vehicle readiness to creating delightful customer moments, you’ll play a pivotal role in showcasing the best of Subaru and Peugeot.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with sales and stock control teams to keep deliveries smooth and timely.
- Ensure all customer paperwork is flawless and ready before the big handover moment.
- Take ownership of delivery schedules, making every handover moment smooth and enjoyable.
- Solve problems with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries confidently
- Uphold safety standards, follow compliance requirements, and set the bar for excellence.

**You’ll thrive in this role if you**:

- A knack for managing external/internal relationships
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for providing efficient administrative support.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence in using MS Office and digital tools
- A full driver’s licence
- Experience in the automotive industry highly desirable and a love for its fast pace.
