We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP EWM Lead Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working closely with business and technical stakeholders, leading project teams, and ensuring that SAP EWM solutions deliver real business value. You will take ownership of design, configuration, and delivery of end-to-end warehouse management solutions, while guiding teams through complex supply chain and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage full-cycle SAP EWM/IM implementations, rollouts, and upgrades on S/4HANA.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard design workshops, helping businesses adopt best practices and scalable solutions.
- Deliver expertise across key warehouse processes: return to vendor, production receipts, production staging, consignment, subcontracting, physical inventory, shipping, returns, import/export, and quality inspections.
- Drive logistics execution processes and lead 3PL integrations via SAP CPI.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to align SAP EWM with industry-standard business models and wireless technologies.
- Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and coaching to distributed teams to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on SAP EWM, integration strategies, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 10+ years of SAP IM/EWM experience with at least 2–3 full S/4HANA lifecycle implementations, including one Greenfield project.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Extended Warehouse Management and Inventory Management processes.
- Proven expertise in logistics execution and integration with 3PL systems.
- Practical working knowledge of SAP HANA and related technologies.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Team Lead role, managing distributed teams across multiple locations.
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management.
- Familiarity with SAP TM (Transportation Management) will be considered an advantage.
