**About the Role**

We have a client in the **Bonnyrigg Heights** area with complex care needs and your responsibilities will include:

- ** Complex Personal Care** assistance including bowel care and supporting with daily hygiene
- ** Manual handling **including using hoist transfers
- Providing support in everyday activities around the home including meal assistance & domestic duties
- Morning shifts available **8.30am - 12.00pm** as well as additional hours with the other programs in the area

**About you**

As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Knowledgeable & passionate about supporting individuals with **Spinal Cord Injuries**:

- Good Manual Handing skills including experience in **hoist transfers**:

- Skills in **complex bowel care** preferred, with the ability to work autonomously
- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date **Covid 19 vaccinations** including booster shot
- Minimum** Cert III qualification** (i.e. Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability) is essential
