Disability Support Worker

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Domestic Assistance**: Perform tasks such as housework, laundry, and meal preparation to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained living environment for clients.
- **Community Participation**: Transport clients to shopping, medical appointments, social activities, and other community engagements as needed.
- **Personal Care**: Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and other daily living activities, respecting their dignity and preferences.
**Essential Criteria**:
- NDIS Worker Check
- National Police Check (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Valid Working Rights in Australia
- Current Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the disability support sector is highly regarded but not essential
- A strong understanding of person-centered care principles

- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and listening skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
