The Client Liaison Officer's role is critical in the overall customer experience when a customer chooses to engage with us over the phone or online. This role will be responsible for triaging all calls that come through to Specialised Distribution. It will be within these interactions that the concierge will engage in a conversation to understand customer needs and determine the best channel of choice for this customer to complete their request.

**Your main responsibilities will include**

- Responsible for actioning and vetting leads to ensure a fast turn-around time and referral to the right person in the right channel
- The Client Liasion Officer is an integral role that contributes to the overall growth of the business it is important that the person has detailed knowledge of HSBC’s suite of products and systems, including but not limited to mortgages and deposits.

Requirements

**To be successful in this role, you will need**
- To be someone who is very organised and efficient who can connect with customers by personalising service and building trust over the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HSBC’s suite of products and systems
- To be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
- Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with the customer and service expectations
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
- Can use their own initiative with the ability to focus on the important details to deliver a high-quality professional service
- Problem solving and Decision making skills - PSDM, a desire to do things better, to identify and set and strive for stretching goals
- Proficiency with MS office
- Open to working flexible shifting schedules
