**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

This role is responsible for delivering metallurgical and design assessments for nickel feed leaching and purification steps for a Definitive Feasibility Study. You will be critical in providing information to the IGO Board to consider the technical and economically viable value proposition of IGO progressing to the production of Precursor Cathode Active Material production at a Downstream Nickel Refinery complex.

This is an exciting time to join a newly formed team that is passionate about exploring ways that IGO can further deliver value in downstream processing. Working from our South Perth office, you will be highly valued whilst working with our highly experienced and supportive technical services team.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**

Along with your leadership capabilities, energetic nature and collaborative attitude, you will also have the following:

- Prior experience in base metals extractive metallurgy and/or production management;
- Significant experience leading teams in a nickel operation and/or design capacity;
- Involved in commissioning of a major nickel mineral processing or hydrometallurgical facility;
- Prior experience working in a team to deliver a PFS or DFS report which required significant pilot plant testwork;
- Previous involvement with mergers & acquisitions and/or joint venture partnerships;
- Experience with a metallurgical modelling software package (eg METSIM or Syscad)
- Highly developed analytical and report writing skills;
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months.
