**Our Communication and Marketing team is responsible for delivering Communication, Brand & Marketing services to support the firm's strategy and enable growth. Delivering a great brand experience for our clients can be achieved by having a clear vision of our brand promise and consistently delivering it at all touch points during the client journey.
**Your Opportunity
**Campaign Management is the centre of the implementation world within CX&B, partnering with design, web, events, CRM and social specialist teams to ensure we deliver a seamless experience as well as a best-in-class response to campaign briefs received from our Brand & Marketing teams.
Campaign managers are responsible for briefing the implementation team, relevant third parties, on creative requirements and deliverables. They are essential in bringing together the overall response and keeping marketing abreast of status, flagging potential speed bumps and ensuring every element of the campaign is delivered. The campaign manager is responsible for leading the collective response back to marketing for approval and facilitating feedback back to the team.
Their broad experience working across the client groups enables learnings from previous projects to be implemented firm wide. Campaign managers superpowers are managing delivery timelines for multiple deliverables & facilitating cross project collaboration and knowledge.
The role is required to help ensure quality, impactful and innovative campaigns that effectively express KPMG's brand and attributes, communicate KPMG's offer to priority target markets, drive profitable sales and differentiate the KPMG brand in the market.
- Support the implementation of firm wide integrated Marketing & Communications campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in support of National Campaigns Co-ordinators. Help manage 'What's coming up', marketing planning calendar and intranet portal presence and inform process enhancements. Help educate broader stakeholder group and CX&B 'new-starters' on best-practice campaign process and effective engagement.
- Work with the National Design Studio and Digital Marketing and Social Media team to develop compelling and creative design and successful implementation of campaigns.
- Influencing aligned campaign strategies, managing and implementing briefs from internal clients for brand and marketing communication programs and campaigns.

- Background in creative agency or creative production experience desirable.
- Direct marketing experience desirable.
- Experience in highly effective production process & execution of paid media campaigns.
- Experience in influencing and/or managing all stakeholder involved in the process of developing proofreading, editing, copywriting and production processes
- A demonstration of implementing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines.
**Qualifications
- BA of Marketing, Communications or PR or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years' experience in a project manager/ account service role within a creative agency or marketing role within a marketing dept of a similar size to KPMG.
- 3+ years' experience in development, management and delivery of multi-faceted marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B context.
