**About the Role**

We are currently looking for Qualified Personal Care Workers to join our Clive Burdeu team of dedicated professionals who all work together to provide high-quality care for residents. In this role you will be assisting residents in daily living activities that meet their individual physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs.

**About You**

You are an empathetic, kind and caring person that is passionate about aged care. You are resident focused and enjoy taking the time to get to know the residents to provide the best possible care. As a positive individual, you are eager and willing to learn and support team members where you can.

Your experience and qualifications for this role ideally, should include:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support;
- Experience working in Aged Care will be highly regarded.
