Mitchell's Crew is not your run-of-the-mill disability service provider. We are family, friends and paid support workers who work together to improve the quality of life of an engaging young man impacted by disability, with a focus on him living more like other guys his age.

**What do we do?**
We make sure Mitchell has appropriate in-home care and can access his community in a way that suits him.

**Our specialty**
We work directly with Mitchell's allied health team to ensure what we do, best supports a man living with ASD and intellectual disability. We're making great strides in improving his wellbeing and happiness.

**Who we’re looking for?**
Here's where it gets interesting. **Your mission, should you choose to accept it**:

- Support and help Mitchell with all his daily living tasks.
- Help Mitchell explore his community and boost his confidence.
- Be a role model for appropriate behaviours and social skills.
- Aid Mitchell in achieving his NDIS goals.
- Build strong, positive relationships with Mitchell and his wider community.

**To join Mitchell's Crew, you should have**:

- At least 1+ years' experience, but we also highly value personal experience too
- A Criminal History or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A valid First Aid Certificate
- A driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- An inclusive, understanding, and compassionate attitude
- Availability for at least 2 shifts a week (day/sleepover and rotating weekend's)
- Desirably, up-to-date with your vaccinations.

Pay: $40.44 - $79.43 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
