**About the Role**
The purpose of this role is to provide the business with the reporting and insights necessary to support the Customer Hub and wider organisation in decisions affecting the customer journey. The role will require partnering with teams across WooliesX and into the Woolworths group.
This role will be accountable for daily and weekly operational performance reporting, incentive program reporting, operations monthly financial reports as well as working through a program of ad-hoc reporting requests within an Agile framework.
- Design, build and launch any new reporting requirements within an Agile management framework
- Working with business leaders, project teams and the support team to develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Manipulate and integrate data from a variety of sources to identify patterns, trends and outliers
- Understand key Customer Hub Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure reports are updated
- Present insights and trends to key stakeholders to support continuous improvement and improve business performance
- Develop and maintain high quality presentations for audiences all the way up to board level
- Meet and maintain individual and team objectives

- Together with demonstrated success in a similar role, we are seeking the following skills and experience:
- Strong demonstrated experience with and proficient in developing data visualisations, reports, dashboards using Power BI and BigQuery - Google Cloud
- Experience with data modelling
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst in large, complex environments, working with large qualitative and quantitative datasets, identifying trends and presenting outcomes
- Excellent ability to research and provide timely data insights, expert advice and meaningful recommendations to support business objectives
- Knowledge and recent experience in extract, transform and load (ETL) processes and theory
- Strong relationship management background**
