**The Opportunity**
Crystalbrook Kingsley, located in the centre of Newcastle’s CBD, is an innovative and award winning Hotel. We opened in 2021 with a playful design, sustainable luxury initiatives, a fun guest environment and uniquely enriching experiences. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position is responsible for exceeding customer satisfaction through the coordination and execution of events whilst ensuring optimal revenue performance is achieved. The position is varied and highly visible both internally and externally of the hotel and because of this, the role will be of interest to those energised by our personality, environments and values.

**Your talents**
To be successful in this role, we welcome interest from individuals with some relevant experience in events management or conference co-ordination. With strong planning, negotiation and stakeholders engagement skills, you will be naturally organised and work effectively in an environment of collaborative success. This position would suit an ambitious hotel professional who is forward thinking, independent and commercial and would like to consider an opportunity working within an effective hotel leadership team.
