**About This Role**

The Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the success of events such as weddings, corporate functions, conferences, concerts, and Club Member events.

This involves managing client relationships, resourcing events, and coordinating with function staff to ensure seamless execution.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality services
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote events
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on event details and outcomes
