About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, meetings, and other activities that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events, conferences, and meetings
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
- Manage event budgets and ensure timely and within-budget execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement event strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and clients
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in hospitality, events management, or a related field
- Proven experience in events coordination or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
