**Position**: Team Leader/Experienced Traffic Controllers
**Experience Required**: Minimum of 1.5 years of experience
**Location**: Melbourne, Vic

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and direct traffic flow at various locations
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety procedures
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as needed
- Provide clear and effective communication to drivers and pedestrians
- Lead our traffic control teams with expertise and guidance, ensuring smooth operations, good traffic experience, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage traffic flow and ensure safety at various work sites, utilizing your skills to keep both workers and the public safe.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1.5 year of traffic control experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid Traffic Tickets (Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat & Implement Traffic Management Plans)
- Valid White Card
- Valid Drivers License
