What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support machine maintenance activities across site
- Carry out planned, unplanned & corrective maintenance tasks
- Ensure maintenance work meets safety, time, and cost targets
- Inspect equipment and raise work orders for defects
- Promote a proactive safety culture within the crew
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams

What You’ll Need
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand or acting in a leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment
- Effective communication and team coordination skills
- Current Standard 11 and drivers licence
