**Work options**:
Office hours - mon to fri
- Tailoring, implement and manage configuration management (CM)
- Advising the Configuration Control Board (CCB) on matters pertaining to CM and projects/systems of CM transition requirements
- Administrative support, including scheduling and preparing agenda/minutes
- Registering and administering submitted Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and manage implementation of approved changes in association with system managers (SMs)
- Continued amendment of active CM documents, including the Configuration Management Plan (CMP)
- Managing Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) procedures
- Managing Configuration Audits
- Manage and audit all the registers of technical integrity
- Manage security of all CM and CSA data (CM tools use access permissions)
- Assist and manage ECPs end to end process
- Maintain ECP register as ECPs change status
- Creating tasks (e.g., CES, ILSI etc.) in CM tool
- Report Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) and Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) status
- Perform complex technical configuration activities and associated tasks working to agreed priorities and outcome.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with team members, actively participate in teamwork and motivate and mentor developing technicians.

**Experience and Requirements for this role**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in Configuration Management
- Experience with both CMT-L (trained) and Objective
- Experience in Auditing and in conducting CCBs

**Highly Desirable Experience**:

- Lead Auditor training
- Objective training as a Work Group Coordinator

**Working hours are Mon to Fri - On Site - no hybrid**

**Full working rights - Must be an Australian Citizen**
