We are a Support Organisation in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We have a growing reputation in psycho-social, physical disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI). Being a small client centre company; we value our client’s respect and privacy.

We have a position to fill for our expanding business. We are seeking Casual Support Workers. You must be confident to visit our clients in their homes and to take our treasured clients into the community for social participation leading towards independence. Depending on the individual client needs, you will help with a range of personal and lifestyle needs while giving companionship. You may be required to do meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and possible personal care (showering, dressing, health care support).

A Yearly bonus is paid to our Support Workers.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- A passion for helping others
- Double Covid Vaccination
- NDIS Worker Clearance Check
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
- A minimum of Cert 3 in Home & Community Care/Aged Care or equivalent
- A recent National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Victorian Driver Licence, your own car with Registration and Insurance

We are looking for an immediate start. Good Pay rates. (Above the award)

DIVISION OF DISABILITY MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDING COMMUNITY CARE, ASSIST-TRAVEL-TRANSPORT, HOUSEHOLD TASKS

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Fixed shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff must be fully vaxed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne Eastern Suburbs VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cert 3 in Home/Community/Support (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
