
Payroll Services Manager

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced payroll manager with demonstrated ability leading a payroll team, managing end-to-end payroll in a complex environment across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will bring your expertise in maintaining currency with changing legislation while working across multiple enterprise agreements.
The defining opportunity within this role is the ability to lead your team through a critical and exciting time of transformational change as we level up our business and core systems. This will see you leading and embedding our HRIS transformation. Your positive and resilient leadership qualities will shine in this role if you are comfortable operating within a SAP core hybrid solution to set us up for success.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Deep technical payroll expertise (eg tax, superannuation, award/EA interpretation, STP2, reporting)
- High level experience in managing payroll functions and leading a team
- Experience with computerised pay systems such as SAP ECC6, CATS and SuccessFactors
- Experience in implementing business and system transformations
- High level problem solving & analytical skills
- Maintains a high degree of accuracy and a detailed focus
- Adaptable to change and feedback
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work to strict timeframes and meet key deadlines
- Ability to operate at a hands-on level to process and deliver payrolls and/or reconcile monthly/annual processes
