Job Description

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
- Accurately calculate employee wages, tax, and superannuation contributions.
- Resolve payroll-related queries and provide support to employees regarding pay and entitlements.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll audits and compliance checks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing Construction EBA's
- Proficiency in software's SynPro and Business Central
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
