**The Role**:
We are looking for an **energetic, passionate, and creative Content Creator** to join our team. This role is integral to showcasing our brand, properties, and community engagement across social media platforms. This position is a full time role but requires **working on Saturdays** with a RDO during the week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, film, and edit engaging video content for our social media platforms, including market updates, property tours, team updates, client testimonials, and community highlights.
- Create high-quality visuals and graphics to support social media campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to understand key messaging and showcase listings effectively.
- Manage and grow our social media presence by creating content tailored to each platform.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and engaging.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in content creation, particularly filming, producing, and editing video content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must work Saturdays and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- **Required**: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
