**About the role**
High impact role to identify and initiate process improvement solutions across multiple sites.
This is a unique opportunity that enables you to work with various stakeholders across the business and various SBUs. You will have the opportunity to visit our manufacturing sites across Australia to enable cost effective solutions.
This is a great opportunity for you to kick start your career in the supply chain with a growing business. You will be part of a fun and supportive team and can be based out of our manufacturing facility in Dandenong, Melbourne or Marsden Park, Sydney.
**Responsibilities**
- Support delivery of performance objectives across both the sites with focus on the productivity & service standards
- Support achievement of financial outcomes to meet cost per unit metrics. Ensure costs are correctly allocated to SBU’s
- Engaging with all teams on site to implement and drive improvements
- Rolling out changes for ongoing process improvement across the site

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in manufacturing supply chain environment
- Tertiary qualifications in a supply chain, finance or engineering discipline.
- Highly proficient understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to seek for improvements and drive process enhancements
