Forest Glen, Australia B2B Commercial Cleaning Full time

B2B is a fast-growing commercial cleaning business, servicing clients from Brisbane through to Noosa, with an office based at Forest Glen.

**We require**:
A bookkeeper and administration officer to manage all administrative functions and maintain Xero files including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivables.

The position will involve:

- management of the administration inbox, forwarding and responding to requests as required
- maintenance of Xero files including bank reconciliation and review of ledger ready for IAS and BAS lodgements (note, you will not be responsible for the lodgements)
- payment of weekly wages
- accounts payable and weekly supplier payments
- monthly invoicing and managing accounts receivables
- provide support to the Operations Manager in maintenance of the rostering and timesheet software, Connecteam
- Other administrative tasks as required on an ad hoc basis

We are currently looking for someone 20-24 hours per week. Tuesday-Thursday or can be done school hours over 4 days. Potential to increase hours in the future.

Requirements and Skills:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Min 2-3 years bookkeeping experience in Xero
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Previous experience in the cleaning industry an advantage
- Prior use of Connecteam desirable but not necessary
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and competing priorities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
