Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an experienced Communications Lead
***to join a leading NSW Government agency. This is an immediate start with a contract term of
**7 months and based in St Leonards NSW.**

**The Opportunity**
Co-ordinate and implement a range of communication and stakeholder engagement services that support the successful delivery of projects and key initiatives for the branch. This role involves a high degree of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

**Job Specification**
In this position, you will be required to perform but are not limited to the following tasks:

- Lead the development of a communications and engagement strategy that meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Test, refine and evaluate communication initiatives to ensure that key messages, learning and engagement outcomes are met and improve over time.
- Manage and maintain digital content for the branch with a focus on the Digital Workplace and Information Management Services team
- Ensure all communications are timely and relevant to the target audience and delivered in an appropriate manner
- Demonstrate the NSW Health CORE Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.

**About You**
To be successful in this position, you will need to have experience in the following:

- Experience in scoping, identifying and addressing learning and development needs within a large scale, high performance human resources or employee transactional environment
- Demonstrated recent development and facilitation of large-scale training initiatives in using a range of learning strategies and theories
- Capability to work collaboratively in a complex organisation to deliver improved learning outcomes
