- Partner alongside Strategy, as Manager Analytics and Reporting, provide data driven insight to support decision making across the Group as well as identify future opportunities.
- Develop your internal brand, building relationships at all levels from Board, executive to senior and operational leaders.
- Oversee a team of Analysts, drive performance and maintain a harmonious team culture. Allowing opportunities for mentorship and career development.
- Encourage a culture of process and system improvement.

**Applicant Background**
- Proven managerial/leadership skills. Ability to discuss past success in developing and mentoring your team.
- Experience in large, complex organisations.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to Board and/or executive/senior leaders.
- Ability to contribute to strategic decision making and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Possess analytical and problem skills, a natural desire to understand the ‘Why’.
- TM1 knowledge is highly desirable.
