**Who we’re looking for**

We’re growing As a result, we’re looking for someone keen to capitalise on a unique opportunity to join our new Audit and Compliance team. This is a new role in a new team and we’re looking to do something different in our approach to assurance at BMD through the use of data and AI. As an entrepreneurial organisation with an exciting future, the opportunities for this role are exciting. Reporting to the Group Manager Audit and Compliance, as a natural relationship builder with excellent communication and technical skills, you will help shape our data driven future.

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

- Data Analytics/Data Visualisation.
- Change management and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in internal controls, audit, risk management, and compliance are highly desirable
- Proficiency with solutions for business intelligence products (Power BI etc) and willingness to further develop these skills
- Technical ability to extract and analyse complex data sets from multiple sources, data platforms or databases, to identify data related risks and build reports for risk and compliance reporting
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical thinking and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science (or a related field), is a plus but not required.
