**PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR**
**The Opportunity**:
Are you a people person who loves variety and can keep pace with the spontaneity that comes with supporting a busy Director. This role would suit a supportive PA/EA with proven executive, secretarial and administrative support skills. Based in Silverwater, this is a full-time role working closely with one of the Directors.

You are someone who has experience with:
- Proven experience supporting multiple partners in professional environment.
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Must be Microsoft Office proficient.
- Proven administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Providing diary management.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Experience with processing all facets of accounting including accounts payable/receivable, lodging BAS returns, processing payroll and assisting with preparation of year end financials.
- Taking initiative and ownership of quality work.
- Willing to be flexible and supportive with innovation and change.
- Ad-hoc support tasks as required by the team.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and passionate about delivering a high level of assistance
- Friendly personality
- Australian citizenship required.
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations.
