As a valued Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in providing quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Based in St Leonards, you’ll help improve lives and shape the future of our organisation.

- Ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient patient coordination and front desk management.
- Maintaining high-quality patient care with effective communication and support.
- Contributing to the practice’s success by handling administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:
- Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role, ideally within a cardiology practice.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
- A keen eye for detail, proficiency in medical billing, invoicing, and using medical software.
- A compassionate, professional demeanour, maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive atmosphere.
