**The Position**

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance we have a flexible part-time (potential full time) opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeping to join our team and play an important role in helping our company succeed as we continue to grow and expand.

**Main Tasks**
- Supporting the Head of Finance in day-to-day work
- Assisting in overseeing a team of three offshore accountants and one virtual assistant
- Working on the Reporting Packages (weekly and monthly)
- Accounts Payable quality control
- BAS, IAS and Super lodgement assistance
- Assisting with compliance requirements
- Contribute to accounting process and policy development
- General Administrative Tasks

**About You**

To be successful in this position, you will a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, have relevant bookkeeping / accounting qualifications (or experience) as well as:

- Previous experience using XERO accounting software
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team as well as unsupervised
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Having a keen interest in continuous improvement
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Strong data entry skills with high level accuracy
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
