**You’ll bring your**:
Consumer lending experience - this is essential

Extensive experience in customer service or sales

High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations

An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation

Highly developed credit analysis skills

Sound understanding of small business offerings

About the role

The Home Lending Specialist role develops pipelines of lending leads, and nurtures them throughout their buying journey. You’ll use your holistic understanding of your customer’s needs and your credit analysis skills to make sound credit decisions for your customers and for the bank.

This position is located at Moonee Ponds Branch, working across the Moonee Ponds Lending Hub. The role is Full Time and part of a close-knit team, the Branch Manager for this role is warm, supportive and focused on your long-term development. Travelling across to other Branches in the Melbourne region may be needed on occasion.
