**Description**:
**About the role**:
As a Client Services Supervisor based in our Brisbane Office, you will oversee workflow and provide exceptional administrative support to the team. Reporting to the Office Manager and Directors, this role is critical as you will plan and manage workflow for the client service team. This role is full-time, 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

As a Client Services Supervisor in our team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Manage and schedule workflow for the team
- Manage projects such as FBT and Trust Resolutions
- Manage rosters for reception coverage and general office duties
- Ensure high standards of quality are met by all team members
- Plan and coordinate team administrative procedures and workflow to create efficiencies
- All client service tasks to assist the accounting team meet deadlines
- Provide reception cover as needed
