**Your new company**
As an experienced Service Designer, you will join a large Federal Government Department here in Canberra, specifically on a transformation and modernisation project focusing on the core capabilities of Medicare. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to produce the foundational requirements such as strategies, design and specification, identify issues, risks and relevant mitigations for future transformations.

**Your new role**

Your new role will consist of being able to perform independent research and analysis, designing and conducting user research with UX participants, being able to develop and manage service blueprints and design plans, have highly developed written communication skills including designing visual models to communicate complex information, as well as being able to support the development of the future state strategy to meet the project and business area requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Be able to collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain/gain points and opportunities, ensuring timely creation of projects documents to achieve project outcomes
- Be able to identify and assist with the management of project issues, risks and benefits
- Be able to represent the team or work area in discussions with internal and external counterparts
- Be able to contribute to project quality management to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose
- Be able to assist with administrative assistance to the project and section as required
