Key Responsibilities:

- Establishing a new UX capability within our company
- Leading a team of UX designers and researchers to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into product development processes
- Conducting user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviours
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to support product development
- Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products and services
- Championing the importance of UX within the company and driving a user-centric culture
- Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications:

- Experience leading UX capabilities within similar organisations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proven experience in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
- Experience with design systems and style guides
- A passion for user-centred design and a strong understanding of design principles
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
