The Venue

Zoobibi is a unique concept space located in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. The interiors are inspired by holidays in the Mediterranean, and our unique space is like no other - a multi-sensory space that is part retail, part café and part event space

The Role

This role is the dream gig for a hospitality professional who is looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. An experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hospitality business - Café and Events.

This is mostly a daytime role. However, there will be some evening work when we are hosting events.
- Have proven experience in leading a team and at least 2 years under the belt in management
- Possess sound knowledge of coffee, cocktails, bar and food operations
- Have strong communication skills and leadership skills
- Team management, training, rostering and HR. The ability to develop and mentor a team of waitstaff, chefs and baristas
- Passion for delivering outstanding service
- Possess a high level of spoken and written English
- Have basic computer skills
- Possess a willingness to learn and contribute to positive business outcomes and goals
- Love customer service and enjoy looking after our customers.
- Enjoy a busy and dynamic workplace.
- Must be able to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts.
- Current RSA
- Must have current Australian working rights to apply.
