Job Title: Medical Receptionist ( casual)

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive experience at our clinic.
- Manage appointments and schedules for multiple doctors using medical software.
- Handle phone inquiries and resolve patient concerns efficiently.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and (preferably) Cantonese.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Cantonese is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn medical software.
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting is a plus but not required.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 7 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
