Specialist practice within Sunnybank Private Hospital precinct seeking a medical receptionist/administrator.

Previous experience in a health care institution and familiarity of medical management software(example Gentu/Genie) is an added advantage.

The Role:
The main duties will include:

- Meet and greet patients
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner
- Data entry to medical management software
- Assist referring providers with patient records, reports etc
- Make patient bookings
- Processing of payments including Medicare/DVA, insurance and EFTPOS
- Any other office duties as per operational requirement.

Remuneration is negotiable and will depend on previous experience.

Position is available for commencement on 6 January 2025

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $29.96 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
