**About the role**:
The role is permanent full-time. Supporting the management team, you will have a day full of variety - from engaging with residents, their families and our team members to standard administrative tasks.

**About you**:
**We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work as part of our team with Sunnycare. The role supports the day-to-day operations of in-home and residential aged care services.**
- Providing a range of general administrative activities which require initiative and confidentiality
- Maintaining quality processes and procedures
- Undertaking administrative duties related to the role including maintaining clear, concise, and accurate client records and related documents
- Processing and confirming invoices/statements through computerised system
- Assisting with day to day organising of client-based activities
- Record keeping and archiving

**Job description**

**Essential**:

- Proficiency in **English (Essential) and Mandarin (Essential) or Cantonese (Desirable)**.
- At least 3 years administration experience.
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
- Can do attitude, strictly meet the deadline.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- High attention to details and accuracy.
- Possess a positive, warm, pleasant, and engaging demeanour that will contribute to Sunnycare high standard services.
- Excellent listening skills to understand what consumer are saying the first time.
- Bubbly personality.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to empathise with consumers and their representatives.
- Organised, dependable, efficient, and capable of multitasking.
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations involving customers and residents.
- Proven ability to communicate with visiting health professionals, as well as external contractors and suppliers.
- Proven willingness to adapt to changing situations and tasks on a daily basis.
- Demonstrated understanding of Work Health & Safety practices and principles.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
- Data entry experience using financial, payroll and other database systems.
- Proficiency in the use of technology including computers, software programs, such as Microsoft Office, or the willingness and ability to learn.

**Desirable**:

- Australian permanent residency and citizenship with unlimited rights to work in Australia.
- A Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting is highly preferrable.
- Precious experience as an administrator working in a dynamic, changing and fast-pace environment.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and knowledge in Tax is highly preferrable.
- Previous experience working in a residential aged care facility.
- Immediate start.
