Are you passionate about leading a dynamic national Enterprise team focused on bringing a new experiences to a set of strategic and fast-growing companies? Do you have experience nurturing high-performing talent that can tackle large challenges while driving a high level of customer obsession? Do you have the business acumen, technical background and leadership skills necessary to help establish Amazon as a key cloud and AI provider in the Enterprise segment?

Key job responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Build, manage and mentor a sales team.
- Develop and execute against a strategic sales plan.
- Lead internal projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategic development.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Manage contract negotiations.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and C-level executives
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Required experience at infrastructure/services IT companies
- Expect moderate travel. Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
