Always Hear is on the lookout for a new Client Care Coordinator for our Scoresby clinic. Every Always Hear client is a VIP and we support them through their hearing journey as an independent audiology. We provide personalised hearing support in clinic and within our community.

As a Client Care Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

- Welcome our clients and provide support and hearing aid maintenance.
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential clients for our Scoresby and Officer clinics.
- Support the audiologist by scheduling and following up appointments for current and potential clients.
- Provide after care support for our clients.
- Complete the day-to-day operations of the clinic and other administrative duties.
- Undergo training and development courses.

You will be working closely with an audiologist together you will visit nursing homes and retirement home and in clinic appointments.

About you:
You have an outgoing social personality with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Previous experience in meeting KPI and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. You are a fast learner and love a good challenge. You enjoy speaking with people and building rapport with our clients.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
