In this 12month fixed term opportunity as the Learning Communications Consultant you will focus on the providing and developing the awareness and understanding of Financial Crime across FCO and broader NAB enterprise through a diverse range of communication, engagement and marketing activities. As a communication specialist you will be the SME for managing a centralised and standardised approach to delivering Financial Crime Education and Awareness across FCO and NAB.

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Implementing best practice strategies and frameworks to provide required communications to the FCO division
- Designing and implementing engagement activities to improve collaboration, networking and knowledge sharing across FCO
- Developing and driving plans to increase FCO Learnings’ offerings, brand, profile and reputation across the wider NAB enterprise
- Developing targeted strategies for all FCO leadership communications
- Partner with key business stakeholder to understand FC Compliance Awareness needs
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities

**About you**

You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on working in a fast paced, challenging and complex environment. Additionally, you will:

- Demonstrated experience in a communications, marketing or employee engagement role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Robust knowledge of employee engagement and collaboration frameworks and methodologies
- Experience implementing communications strategies
- Proficient in managing and partnering with senior stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise conflicting demands and make good, timely decisions
