**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Human Factors (HF) Lead to support our Rail projects in the development and delivery of Human Factors Integration.

**Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Support projects in the development and implementation of HF Integration processes and activities.
- Develop and implement plans and processes to meet project-specific Human Factors Integration requirements.
- Identify, capture, and manage Human Factors issues and derived requirements.
- Monitor and report project progress and status with respect to HF Integration deliverables.
- Provide input into Systems Engineering and Systems/Safety Assurance activities and deliverables.
- Coordinate and communicate Human Factors program of work with project teams and stakeholders.

**To be successful in this key role, you will have**:

- Bachelors degree in a recognised HF/Ergonomics discipline.
- Previous experience with HF Integration in the rail industry.
- Experience managing internal and external organisational interfaces.
- Proven ability to manage HF issues.
- Application of HF Integration processes throughout all project lifecycle phases.
