**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all hardscape construction activities, including concrete works, formwork, steel works, saw cuts, and related tasks.
- Manage onsite personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material quantities.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Foreman, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in concrete works, formwork, steel works, saw cuts, and related construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Current driver's license and White Card.
