**As a night receptionist your will be responsible of following;**

*Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins and early check-outs.

*Handle guest and residential tenants and owners inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

*Conduct regular building walks to ensure guest and building security.

*Address any safety concerns or disturbances, coordinating with security if necessary.

*Maintain records of incidents and escalate to management when necessary.

*Manage hotel software to update room statuses, and guest preferences.

*Report any maintenance or operational issues encountered during the shift.

*Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all guests and residents throughout the night.

*Provide information and assistance regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.

*Handle emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or guest conflicts, following hotel and building procedures.

*Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire department) when necessary.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of guests and team members

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haymarket, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
