**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract a steady flow of guests to our events, targeting specific demographics.
- Distribute promotional materials both online and offline, actively managing content across social media platforms and engaging directly with potential guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about upcoming events to enhance their anticipation and experience.
- Keep abreast of trends in the entertainment and nightlife industry to continuously adapt and innovate promotional tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and fellow promoters to ensure a cohesive promotional effort across all events.
- Accurately track the number of guests influenced by your promotions for precise commission calculations.

**Payment Structure**:

- This position is commission-based.
- No commission is earned for the first 10 guests you bring to each event.
- Earn 10% commission per ticket for guests 11-24.
- For 25 guests and beyond, commission increases to 20-30% per ticket, based on total headcount and specific performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years
- Preferred background in social media management, promotions, marketing, sales, or a related field, demonstrating a track record of successful audience engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with a diverse audience.
- Availability to work primarily nights and weekends to align with our event schedule.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving skills with a strong drive to deliver results.
- Professional demeanor and appearance that positively represents our brand.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Schedule**: Mostly evenings and weekends, corresponding to event schedules.
