- **Part time role (Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day)**

You will thrive in this role if you are energetic, resourceful and pride yourself on your ability to solve problems and complete tasks efficiently. You will need a high level of administrative competence and superb communication skills in equal measure

You will have experience in an administration role, ideally in an education environment. Experience in managing purchase orders will be of benefit, as will solid MS Office Suite expertise. A current First Aid certificate and Working with Children Check will be required.

Experience with Synergetic and SchoolBox will be highly regarded but are not essential as training will be provided.

**About the role**
In this busy role, you will provide high level administrative support to the Head of Campus as well as support for our Junior School staff and students.

**_On a typical day, your duties will include:_**
- Ensuring diary, timetable and appointments are effectively and proactively managed
- Coordinating administration relating to student excursions, events and camps
- Ensuring all communication is responded to in a timely and informative manner
- Managing parent communications via Synergetic and Schoolbox
- Administering purchase orders
- Organising meetings, room bookings and catering
