Position Summary

The Junior School Teacher Assistant is part of the Individual Learning team, supporting teachers with students' learning and wellbeing in the classroom. Under the guidance of the classroom teacher and direction of the Director of Individual Learning, the Teacher Assistant provides support to students through small group and one‑on‑one learning experiences and creates a positive, inclusive learning environment. This role may also involve duties such as assisting with classroom preparation, organising resources, and supervising students to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience.
