Business Coordinator

The role Reporting to the Business Services Manager, Strategy, Policy and Reform Division you will provide effective client-focussed financial, human resource and administrative services for all clients of the Strategy, Policy and Reform Division. This role will coordinate the provision of administration, human resource, finance, information management, procurement and contract management services for the Office of the Associate Director-General and develop and contribute to the improvement of business processes and systems for the Branch and Division. The Business Coordinator will act as the first point of contact and primary point of resolution for all business services matters within the branch and unit, and will provide advice on non-routine financial, HR and administrative matters, conducting research and investigations as required.
The successful personTo be considered for this role, you will demonstrate previous experience in a similar role that involves providing client-focussed financial, human resource and administrative services within a large and complex service delivery organisation. You will demonstrate experience preparing financial and human resource management reports, and a good understanding of government financial, HR and procurement processes. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously, utilise discretion and initiative, and effectively track and meet tight deadlines. You will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders from all levels of an organisation and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
