AP Officer 3 month temporary assignment
- Work remotely full time from home with national inhome care provider
- $40 per hour

Our client is a leading provider of health care services throughout Australia. They provide in-home, community care and health services for regional, remote and rural communities. This is initially a three month temporary assignment to provide additional support during a business period.

**Key accountabilities will include**:

- High volume data entry
- Preparing & process payment runs across multiple entities
- Detail review of invoice and vendor details in payment runs
- Manage recurring payment schedules
- Bank reconciliations
- Vendor Statement reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Month end reporting and adhoc reporting as required

**About You**
- 3+ years prior experience in a similar high-volume / complex role.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.
- Experience with Technology One and TRAACS is advantageous.
- Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative.
