**The company**

Our amazing client based in Brendale has been designing and manufacturing their own large-scale machines for 10+ years with global success. With significant investment from an overseas partner, the company continues to grow and strengthen their balance sheet.

**About the Role**

Joining an outgoing and busy finance team, your day here will include the following key responsibilities:

- Running end-to-end AP processes.
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and assisting with invoice processes.
- Process all creditors payments and general ledger entries as required.
- Handle difficult creditor queries to maintain favourable relationships.
- Provide superior customer service and respond to accounts queries
- Manging the AP inbox and responding to client queries.

**About You**

You will bring these attributes to the role:

- 2+ years prior experience in a similar high-volume / complex role.
- Prior ERP experience (desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.
- Be IT savvy and enjoy using a variety of systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative.
- A capability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships.
